In the West, the belo tedong (‘buffalo jewel’), an ornament formed from pieces of value, is taken down to the field in the middle of the badong (Nooy-Palm 1986: 210). In the East, to manganda’ dancers wear a richly decorated headdress recalling buffalo horns. During the processions these ornaments are both taken down to the large field. They both have ceremonial fabrics, ornaments, and old coins.

Au Couchant, le belo tedong (« joyau du buffle »), ornement formé de différentes pièces de valeur, est descendu sur le champ au centre de la ronde badong (Nooy-Palm 1986 : 210). Au Levant, les danseurs (to manganda’) portent une coiffe richement ornée rappelant les cornes du buffle. Ces ornements sont descendus en procession sur le grand champ. Ils possèdent tous deux : des tissus cérémoniels, des ornements, d’anciennes pièces de monnaie. (French)

Pada aluk rampe matampu’, perhiasan belo tedong, “ratna kerbau”, merupakan hiasan yang terbuat dari berbagai potongan benda berharga yang turun ke arena, ke tengah lingkaran badong (Nooy-Palm 1986: 210). Pada aluk rampe matallo, para penari to manganda’ diberi hiasan yang sangat kaya, yang mengingatkan pada tanduk kerbau. Hiasan-hiasan ini dua-duanya turun ke arena yang luas pada waktu arak-arakan. Keduanya memiliki kain upacara, berbagai hiasan, lempengan-lempengan uang logam kuno. (Indonesian)
