Ce simbong, grand chœur d’hommes, fut enregistré hors contexte rituel. Dans la région Baruppu’, christianisée, le simbong est aujourd’hui folklorisé. Chef de chœur Indo’ simbong : Ne’ Salombe’, Ne’ Kumbun.

The simbong song is performed outside the ritual in the highly Christianized Baruppu' area. These lyrics were recorded out of context, at Talodok (Baruppu’), in 1993. The two leaders indo' simbong are Ne' Salombe’ and Ne' Kumbun. (anglais)
