A very long bamboo is set up for a game after the praise-giving rite singgi’. The game consists of breaking the bamboo with the aid of a liana by moving counterclockwise, in order to obtain a white hen and a sheaf of rice, which bring good luck. In the evening the rite of the braziers (masulo or ma'bia) is held: placed in front of each provisional lodging, each of the seven braziers corresponds to a house. The brightest fire corresponds to the family with the least number of faults. The longest lasting brazier announces future prosperity. The following day a second buffalo is sacrificed. The tumbang will sleep in the platform on the ceremonial field two nights.

Après le rite de louange (singgi’), un long bambou est érigé. Le jeu consiste à briser le bambou à l’aide d’une liane en allant en sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre afin d’obtenir une poule blanche et une gerbe de riz, qui porteront chance. Le soir a lieu le rite des brasiers (masulo ou ma’bia): plantés devant chaque hutte, les sept brasiers correspondent au sept maisons. Le feu le plus ardent correspond à la famille dont les fautes sont les moins nombreuses. Le brasier qui dure le plus longtemps signifie l’annonce d’une prospérité future. Le lendemain, un second buffle est sacrifié. L’officiée tumbang dormira deux nuits dans la tour sur le champ kala’paran. (French)

Sesudah ritus syair pujian singgi’, didirikan sebatang bambu yang sangat panjang, dengan tujuan bambu tersebut akan dihancurkan dengan bantuan sebuah laju akar yang arahnya berlawanan dengan jarum jam untuk memperoleh seekor ayam betina putih dan seikat padi, yang akan mendatangkan keberuntungan. Pada malam hari, ritus suluh (ma’sulo atau ma’bia’) ditancapkan di depan setiap pemondokan sementara. Ketujuh suluh berkaitan dengan setiap pemondokan. Suluh yang menyala paling terang berkaitan dengan keluarga yang kesalahannya paling sedikit. Suluh yang menyala paling lama merupakan tanda suatu kemakmuran yang akan datang. Keesokan harinya, kerbau kedua dikorbankan. Para tumbang akan tidur dua malam di atas menara kala’paran. (Indonesian)
