Un même processus de démembrement est à l’œuvre. Dans la ronde, les paroles sont démembrées entre 4 groupes de chanteurs, tout comme les buffles sont démembrés en quarts (tepo tedong), soigneusement découpés puis redistribués à différents groupes. La redistribution, hiérarchisée, passe dans les deux cas, par la médiation du groupe social.

Dalam nyanyian yang ditarikan dalam lingkaran, kata-kata dipotong-potong antara empat kelompok penyanyi, sama seperti kerbau-kerbau dibagi dalam empat bagian (tepo tedong), dipotong dengan hati-hati lalu dibagikan sekali lagi kepada berbagai kelompok.
