This time the action is located northeast of the house, in a large field (kala’paran) – a dry paddy field. It is surrounded by provisional accommodation, types of sheltered terraces from which the action can be seen. This field is also known as ‘market’ (pasa'), because the exchanges between humans and divinities take place there.

Le lieu de l’action se situe cette fois au nord-est de la maison, dans un grand champ kala’paran qui fut une rizière asséchée. Il est entouré d’habitations provisoires, formant des sortes de gradins abrités d’où l’on peut voir l’action. Ce champ est aussi appelé « marché » (pasa’), car c’est là que l’échange a lieu entre les humains et les divinités. (French)

Tempat pelaksanaan kali ini terletak di sebelah timur laut rumah, pada sebuah arena kala’paran yang merupakan sawah yang dikeringkan. Arena ini dikelilingi oleh pemondokan sementara, yang juga berfungsi sebagai tempat duduk para penonton dalam mengamati apa yang berlangsung dalam arena. Arena ini dikenal pula dengan sebutan “pasar” (pasa’), karena pada tempat inilah berlangsung pertukaran antara para dewa dan manusia. (Indonesian)
